Step 1

English Assessment 

Students must pass an English Assessment Test prepared by the Canadian Education Bureau

Step 2

School Results

Students must submit their Grade 9 - Grade 11 school results 

Step 3

Transfer Credits

After verifying the student's school results, Oes will convert the qualifed subjects to the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). 

Students are able to transfer at most 23 credits. (Students need to complete 30 credits in order to receive the high school diploma)

Step 4

Choosing Subjects 

Oes will recommend courses for students to take to acquire the 30 credits. 

Step 5

High School Diploma 

When students have completed 30 credits, they will receive the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD).
