Studying in Ontario eSchool has given me much more space to strive and become a better version of myself. As I’m quite an avid learner that lacks in the prospect of sciences and mathematics, Ontario eSchool has given me another chance to prove that all I need is a little more time to fully understand the materials given to me. The school has also given me an opportunity to further indulge in subjects that I’m interested in, such as English with deeper discussions and broader topics.

Ontario eSchool provides diverse, dynamic and flexible online academic courses. I can choose my lessons according to my interest, schedule and study paces. I can find all the courses material on the website. There is no need to purchase a textbook and other study material. The teachers and tutors are energetic, passionate and helpful. They always help me to strive for my academic goal. The staff of Ontario eSchool are definitely the greatest. The staffs are competent, knowledgeable and well equipped. They recommended the study plan and helped me to select my tertiary education. They follow up on my school work closely. Whenever I have questions, they are always willing to listen and help me to solve the problems.

After finishing 9th grade in Hong Kong, I chose to go to Canada to continue my academic career at AY Jackson High School in Canada. Unfortunately, due to the covid-19 pandemic, I returned to Hong Kong after finishing 11th grade in Canada and switched to Ontario eSchool in 12th grade. I found that compared with traditional schools, OeS's teaching methods are relatively free. This teaching method allows me to arrange my timetable more effectively and reduce unnecessary pressure in traditional schools. Diversified learning materials have enabled me to develop in all aspects. With the help of Ontario eSchool, I gradually completed the OSSD and applied to a university in Canada.

For me, it all started as a means to try something new. Ontario E-school provides you with the flexibility and independence to feel like a student rather than simply "another brick in the wall." There are numerous subjects to pick from, which makes it difficult to decide because each subject appears to be interesting. The best part though, is being able to break free from the tight timetable enforced by traditional institutions. Teachers do more than educate; they share their expertise and concerns as well. OeS has not only prepared me for university but also as an individual. My transition to university will surely be aided by my lecture-style schooling and familiarity with the various formats required by universities for assignments.

Ever since I went to this school, I found the method of studying here to be extremely refreshing, the learning experience is completely different than what I used to be in. In this school, I can have much more personal time because of the credit system I am in, this school offers a 70% homework 30% exam system so that if I work hard on my homework, I do not have to be that stressed about the exam and learning by passively accepting what I've been taught. I will never regret going and studying in this wonderful place, thank you!

Studying at OeS provides me with the opportunity to learn with flexibility. Even though the learning method and environment are completely different compared to the local schools, the teaching quality and course materials are very useful and beneficial to me. From my own experience, the overall learning environment in OeS is very supportive, as I have received several support from staff as well as the teachers. Studying in Ontario eSchool is very different from studying in local schools in Hong Kong. It is less stressful and we can have more time to work on our homework. Also, the staff and teachers are very friendly and nice, and the learning atmosphere during lessons is very good. It makes learning fun and interesting. During lessons, all students are willing to share their ideas and thoughts, and teachers are very willing to help us solve our difficulties. I think the course material is very useful in our daily lives, I learned to have critical thinking and started to keep up with current events. I would like to give a big thanks to Oes as it allows me to learn joyfully.

OeS has provided me with a platform to study in a more comfortable way compared to the examination systems which require public exams. The course materials are closely related to our lives. I can revise and finish my assignments at my own pace. It has made me less exhausted and have less academic stress. Also, I can study freely as I can finish my work or have lessons wherever I want to. Staff and teachers in OeS are all very nice and helpful. They respond very well. Fast whenever I need any help and has made my studies go on very smoothly. Besides, the classes are mostly small. I can communicate well with my teachers and classmates. I really enjoy studying in OeS, which has provided me with a very relaxing learning atmosphere.

If you are studying stressfully, let’s join OSSD. It can satisfy what you want to learn. Don’t worry about getting with it, as its learning method is so easy to catch up with the study materials. Also, the teachers are very nice and patient, you can ask them any learning stuff or problems you meet through email or during the lesson, how convenient it is! And you can’t believe how relaxing it is when you can directly study in your home. If you are still worried about how to be admitted with a great result? l have been studying OSSD since I was in grade 11, it not only allows me to explore, create and build up my accomplishment within this OSSD but also l can even pick my favourite subjects from a broader spectrum of choices which HKDSE curriculum does not offer. For me, it is not the case of who is teaching, it is a case of how the teacher teaches us.
Moreover, I simply assumed that going to university was an-achievable goal for me in the past, but OSSD did prove me wrong. Compared to the local HKDSE, OSSD has fully supported their student's holistic development. In the meantime, it enables the students to have boundless educational perspectives no matter where and when we are, that is how we acquire and accumulate knowledge. Despite everyone learning differently, with the OSSD everyone can learn equally.

I started my study in Ontario eSchool after I finished form 6 in Hong Kong secondary school. The reason I choose Ontario eSchool is that I believe the studying style suits me and I don’t have the confidence to get good marks in DSE. So, I decided to change the environment of study and I feel less pressure when I am studying in Ontario eSchool. The OeS program provided a student-friendly studying environment, which allowed me to learn effectively. Also, I can express my difficulties and opinions easily as classes are small in size, which reduced misconceptions and obstacles in class.

Due to the epidemic, I cannot return to where I studied in Australia. Fortunately, when I was looking for an international school in Hong Kong, the OeS website appeared. I started my OeS course at the end of grade 10, and it only took me about 15 months to grant all the credits of OSSD, and the physical school must spend at least two years to grant it. Compared with the HKDSE syllabus, the courses offered by OeS are very interesting. Fascinating subjects such as Media Arts (ASM30) and Health for Life (PPZ3C) broadened my horizons and allowed me to learn beyond the core curriculum. OeS is undoubtedly a great online school that can help you build confidence and acquire various skills.

Unlike others, I was introduced to OeS not because of my grades. In fact, I have always wanted a flexible way of learning so that I can use my time more effectively, and I also appreciate how OeS encourages us to think open-mindedly. Moreover, I also think that life in OeS is quite similar to university life as you can be self-dependent in your studies which is pretty cool. All in all, I can assure you that your efforts will definitely be rewarded here.

I have been a student of Ontario eSchool since July 2021 and I am honoured to be part of the Ontario eSchool family.
I stayed and studied in Canada until Grade 11 and came back to HK ahead of schedule due to the pandemic. Although studying in Canada is a great experience for me, there are still some things that I don't like. For example, i can’t understand some of my teacher’s English because they are from Middle-Asia and with a strong accent in their word, and when I came back to HK to have my online lesson, I also had to keep awake till 3am! In Ontario eSchool, although you are still studying online, all the teachers that I met so far can talk with pure English without any accent which makes me able to understand well, and the school can offer you lessons in normal-night time instead of needing to keep awake till midnight.

I am currently in grade 12, and I have never thought I could continue my canadian studies even I am in Hong Kong. I really like how OeS provides an all rounded education just like how I attend in-person schools. Even though classes are online, I have had a lot of opportunity to discuss with my classmates and talk to my teachers. We are always encouraged to speak up and express our thoughts in class. I like that my teachers are always opened to questions and happy to help with our problems. Aside from assignments, we are given different projects to practice our creativity and presentation skills. One thing I enjoyed most was working on projects and recording my presentations.

Ontario eSchool has provided a unique study environment where I was given the motivation to work to my fullest extent and achieve my academic goals. Having previously struggled with traditional schools due to my subpar Chinese ability, Ontario eSchool has given me the opportunity to fully utilize my potential without being held back by a language barrier, allowing me to properly communicate with my teachers and peers. In addition, I tend to be extremely forgetful, resulting in a large amount of missed or late homework submissions- the e-learning system provides accountability for submissions and allows me to keep track of my workload, ensuring that I can properly hand everything in.

The course materials are very meaningful and useful to our daily lives, which is very different from the HKDSE syllabus. In addition to that, the flexible curriculum givesme the freedom to cultivate my own interest and choose where to take my lessons. This gives students, like me, who have a multidisciplinary interest to have a more fulfilling and satisfying life. The rigorous coursework and high-quality teachers will provide the challenges and guidance I need to achieve my goal in my future studies and career. I really enjoy studying in OeS courses because of the small class lectures and the relaxing atmosphere. Once I thought being a full-time athlete means I have to say goodbye to school. Yet Ontario eSchool proved me wrong. My interest with table tennis started when I was six years old first with my family, then at school until I was recruited into the Hong Kong Table Tennis team in 2013. I spend over 30 hours per week training with my teammates! Ontario eSchool allowed me to utilize my time to the full extend with true flexibility. Through Ontario eSchool, I was taken through the OSSD step by step with the most liberal approach. The programs are interestingly designed and I get to learn advanced materials through interactive lessons. I am currently applying for tertiary education institutions through the Student Athletes Admission Scheme. As a sportswoman I am sure my self-discipline and perseverance will prove most useful when I begin my university years.

Can you imagine a girl got an F in maths but successfully achieved 95 marks in Onatrio eSchool maths programme? Due to personal issues, I stopped my study path in Hong Kong secondary school. Fortunately, I continued to study in Ontario eSchool in Sep 2019. In OeS, It’s not difficult for me to pick up all the things I have learnt and catch up with the new knowledge because the school has prepared me a well-organised study plan.
